Bar Tiers

Our bar tiers are designed to make your event stress-free and seamless. Each tier includes setup, cleanup, and all the basic bar tools you need, including cups and garnishes. Mixers and alcohol are provided by the client, so your signature drinks are crafted exactly to your liking. With all-inclusive pricing, there are no hidden fees.

    • Up to 9 hours of service

    • Six to eight signature drinks

    • Three bartenders

    • Ideal for 100+ guests

Coordination tiers

Every coordination package includes a rehearsal or program walk-through if applicable, and open communication with the owner during planning. As your event approaches, your dedicated coordination team will step in to ensure a seamless transition into event day execution.

OPTIONAL SERVICES & add-ons

  • Thoughtfully crafted zero-proof cocktails designed to complement your bar experience. All mocktail ingredients are provided by Iron and Ember.

    $6 per guest - pricing applies to total guest count (sales tax not included)

  • An additional bar setup to serve multiple spaces or larger guest counts. Designed to maintain flow and elevate the overall guest experience.

  • For larger guest counts or enhanced service flow, an additional bartender may be added to your package. This is recommended for events with 150+ guests.

    Starting at $55 an hour (sales tax not included)

  • Keep the celebration flowing a little longer with additional bar hours. Includes all service and clean-up for the extra time.

  • Support staff to help your celebration run smoothly. Tasks may include light setup, running errands, coordinating small guest needs, and assisting the event team.

    3-5 hours at $60 an hour (sales tax not included)
